Do guys and girls have a different language? Do they use language differently?

Diff body language and that... but we still speak english as dukey pointed out. If you look at the way 2 chicks talk to each other and the way 2 guys talk to each other... there is a very noticealbe difference. Prolly why some guys have a hard time talking to chicks, there not sure what to say, so either they ignore em (out of shyness mostly) or over compinsate making a complete ass out of themselves.
heh... also did you know that on a experiment out of 300 students tested (1/2 girls 1/2 guys) that girls are like 40% more likely to fold under peer pressure than guys. All i did was set a random person into a group of people they didn't know (well most of them didn't... had some cross over so bias was there but tried to keep it minimal) i had a projector with just a few lines on them and asked them to identify which was the longest... my peeps would answer the first 4 questions right and the other 4 purposley wrong trying to induce peer pressure. Was like 23% of guys folded to pressure and 68% of girls folded(approx... i did that test like 7 years ago).
I got an A+ for most creative... lol next most creative was to see if you could get guys to go into the girls washroom... alarming rate of like 80% (i actually think it was higher) of the guys didn't even hesistate lol.

while we are on the whole girls and guys interacting thing... ever hear stories of girls harshly turning a guy down who tried hard to work up the courage to ask a girl out? i was actually discussing it with a friend the other day about how a girl laughed at the guy instead of saying sorry no >.> well it just sparked my memory back to this:
I found this slacking off one day at school a few months back XD

haha that was so funny, i think that girls that do that deserve to get smacked by the guy. Its all about confidence though when asking anyone out, that and not crying when they do say no thanks, there are so many things that may be going on in their lives that it might not be you that they are turning down, just the situation. But yeah I think if a guy had ever laughed at me like that I would have punched him out, even without the mentoes.
Also research suggests that men use language to report and women use it for rapport.

Wellll, its not just a dress to us, its a symbol of us going from a child to a women, at least that is a theory. Also, this is something that we will have to look at for the rest of our lives, have you ever seen some of those nasty 80's weddings, we all want to avoid that, and the what the hell was she thinking. Also guys look good in tuxes, unless you are totally fugly, any tux (other than the dumb and dumber one) will make you look totally hot and Bondish, its not hard guys look automatically better in a (well fitted) tux. But, there are different shapes of dresses for girls, and that is why you should never have a "dream dress" in mind cause chances are it will make you look like shit. It will make others look good, but not you. and the colour thing, before there was the whole she has to wear white, but that is just bull from the royalty about 60 years ago. before any colour was acceptable. Now things are changing with people living together more the whole wearing white thing isn;t as important, and it also depends on what colour you look good in, and yes a different shade of white does look different, there is a thing all about the undertones in your skin and hair and how white your teeth are. Also guys this is our big day we get to be a princess and have anything we wish, its silly but think if you could have a real life gaming experience where you could be any character you want, and do anything you wanted like in a game. its kinda like that. the big thing is when the time comes to get married, be supportive and don;t critizes. because we also get a lingerie party that is rauncy and there is all sorts of goodies that the hubby gets to see.

Well... uh... ok I've heard an answer for this one before... I'll ask it again and im interested in the response I'll then post what i remember from the answer. XD lol
ok. Why is there a need for an engagement ring? Why is it neccessary if you know one another and say you'd like to marry eachother? >.>

Ill answer shawns question! so ppl dont fuck w/ your girl b/c they just have to look at the finger and be like... damn now i gotta try even harder to make her cheat.. so most ppl just leave them alone also... girls like pretty things.. and if you give them a shiny ring it blinds them of your ugly mug and it keeps them blind for about a year or so then you give them a wedding ring! which blinds them for about another 2-3years.. thats when you gotta worry

Well the engagement ring goes back a while, but it wasn't always a ring. You need to go back a few hundred years when women were their fathers property, and when a prospective suitor came along he and daddy-o would haggle a price out and a ring or piece of jewelery would be given to the girl as a start to the bride price (a dowery just the other way) and to how that she was going to change hands. this is also why we have bridesmaids and grooms men. The bridesmaids would traditionally dress like the bride so that the groom would not come steal her away and avoid paying a bride price and you boys yup you would attack the train of girls trying to find the bride to carry her off to your head groom. Messed up I know. Now a days though they give some meaning of the ring being a circle and symbolizing enternity and a diamond is forever, meaning your love will last forever. But most girls go for the bling. My bro's gf got to pick out her's and would ya know it she picked out the $15,000, yup the number is correct, but my bro ONLY paid $10,000. yeah, she gives girls a bad bad name.
and about the ring cheating thing, I've heard that guys see it as a challenge, or is that they now feel safe with the girl so they are more likely to jut talk with them.
Also I have heard a new trend of girls proposing to guys and giving them an engagement ring as well as getting one themselves.

The rule of thumb (don't know where it came from tho) is 3 months of the guys salary is the price of a ring. My cousins street bike now resides on his wifes finger haha.
My biggest problem with girls is they go on rants of 'im not pretty and nobody likes me' Its retarded.

That's when you realize they maybe arent pretty, and burn them then lock them in the trunk of your car until you find a feasible river

lol alright nice selection but the one i had heard from a girl was related to cheating XD Something around the lines of as a reminder not to cheat. so you had better give her a big shiny one to remind her why she loves you XD but she was a horrible girl XD

Haha she took it off so she wouldn't get sandwich on it.. if she came home with mayonaise on her ring, then we'd know something's up and shit would go DOWN!

I think it is safe to say that an even amount of girls and guys will cheat on their future spouse, doesn;t matter if there is a ring involved, they will be that kind of person no matter what you gave them. And I've let this whole big shiny ring thing go on long enough. i have heard boys squeal in delight over the newest flattest plasmay hd tv with surrond sound and the super delux channels package and the newest console. And lets face it is is still a pissing competition with your buddy who acn have the best of the best when you go to watch the game or play video games. Girls just like to do it with rings, because there are ways that you can just happen to show it off that it chatches the light and makes it all twinkly. I mean come on guys, we all love that self-gratifying feeling when that look of pure jealousy/hate skips across out friends face and for a little while we know that we are the top of the heap, until they get the bigger ring/tv and we are reduced to telling ourselves that there's is not as good because, the cut is flawed, style is outdated, the tv is too big for the room whatever. its all about making ourselves feel better. And the fact that guys still buys the top ring is to show off how much they amke and what a good provider he is.
