your gaming setup DSC00113

woot, 32inch 720p widescreen tv/monitor (it looks a lot bigger irl for some reason...)
360, PS2, Game Cube
2.4ghz q6600 quad-core (oc'd to 3.5 ghz) + 2 gb dual channel RAM (if it wasnt for me using 32-bit XP, i'd have atleast 6gigs RAM... wish i could find a good 64-bit version somewhere fast) + 8800GT (really want to tri-sli tho..) with HDMI cable to the TV
500w stereo system used with the consoles
150w logitec computer speakers for PC games/movies/anime/stuff
but i usually use these to kill the environment noises:

eh, im still a little skeptical about Vista for gaming.
the only thing it does better is DirectX10 and PixelShader 4.
but with lower framerates in almost every single game, x64 XP Pro > Vista

but everything outside of gaming and multimedia production (like 3D animation, video rendering, etc), Vista is awesome.
but it's not enough to make me switch over to that as my main OS. i've got Vista and XP Pro on my laptop, and i still boot into XP Pro to do photoshop with it.
and then everytime i boot into Vista, i get the BSOD, and have to boot into Safe Mode then restart and it'll finally work.
