unfortunetly for this new found population there was an unknown survivor of the fatal explosion that created their existence. The survivor was in fact that hotdog man who took shelter in his hotdog stand which was bomb and radiation resistent. This hotdog man had pledged an oath to reggie that one day he would get him. So reggie is now in grave danger for his life because this hotdog stand transforms into an evil hot-dog robot weiner shoooting machine designed for the destruction of anything in its path by firing weiners at them and sodamizing them. The cat people needed an answer they need a cat hero who will be this cat hero......
