Shouldn't this be filed under Crappy Shooters That Try To Make Up For It By Having Character Classes?

Funny, reminds of Dragon Quest and it's "Trying to be Final Fantasy and Dragon Ball all at once and failing both." Cool

Umm.. that doesn't even make sense... Dragon Quest came out before Final Fantasy and it doesn't touch on Dragon Ball at all.

It's Fallout 3 but with cell shading and next to no story.

You're pretty much wrong on everything here. It's an FPS/RPG hybrid with cel shaded graphics, nearly nothing is taken seriously in the game, the complete opposite of Fallout, and it is definitely worth the purchase, as it has 4 playable classes, over a hundred quests, character specific story lines, 57 bazillion guns and some of the best co-op looting sprees this side of Diablo 2. Also, once you complete the game, you can start a second playthrough with the same character with all their stats and loot, with a steeply ramped up difficulty that will bust your ass every chance it gets. I highly recommend this game and don't see any games rivaling its longevity for a while. And to Dukey, I was just making a playful jab at your love for Dragon Quest. Final Fantasy came first, by the way.

Final Fantasy WAS good, but never better than Dragon Quest. The original Dragon Warrior is what gave them the idea for Final Fantasy. The main difference between the 2 is that Dragon Quest will always be a classic but Final Fantasy has whored itself out to become 'mainstream'. Nomura is a flaming pile of shit and if Final Fantasy 13 IS in fact his last Final Fantasy, I will probably be buying Final Fantasy 14 and on. Dragon Quest has had the same writers and artists since the beginning and it's probably the largest selling video game series in Japan to the point where there is the FREAKING law in Japan that makes it illegal for a Dragon Quest game to be released on a week day because when Dragon Quest 3 came out the country pretty much shut down due to people not going to work.
