So lately you may have noticed that my activity online has been stripped down to a bare minimum and the reasoning for that is things have NOT been good on my end. I recently heard from Bubz and he is now successfully moved in to his new place so that's a plus and Mike has a brand new Sixty Second Review coming out that covers one of his stereotypical favorite classic games. On my end however things have been going downhill at a very fast pace. A short while ago I had an infection develop which has pretty much put the fritz on my ability to walk for awhile. The infection IS slowly going away, but is still causing mass amounts of pain and leaving me damn-near bedridden. In other shitty news my pet cat who has been more of a best friend to me in the last 3 years than a pet, is in his final days. He's lost an assload of weight and has been having seizures regularly and last night he lost the ability to see. We immediately took him to his vet but she pretty much said he's got a week to try and turn things around, if not he's gotta be put down. He seemed a bit better this morning, but things are slowly getting worse as the day goes on.

Anyways, I just figured I'd give you an update on our current situation and if I disappear for any amount of time in the next week or so you'll know why. I'd like to thank Bubz, Mike, and Kazekawa for continuing to pump out the content, and luckily about 2 weeks ago I went ape-shit when it came to working on content, so I won't be falling short on my end either. Thanks for your time and my only wish right now from you guys is to keep these forums alive!

I was really starting to worr if you did die, you stopped showing up at work... and well everywhere >.> Even though being bed ridden is pretty awesome ut really doesn't help when you need to start preparing for your big move. I'm sorry to hear about Flea, hopefully he starts to get things on track this coming week >.<

Things are slightly looking up. My infection is almost 100% healed and I'm going back to work 2morrow, but 2morrow is also the deciding day for Flea my cat. There's a pretty good chance I'm gunna haveta put the little guy down, but after seeing what he's been going through lately it might almost be for the best.

I'll be seeing you finally tomorrow then glad to hear you are all healed up. I hope Flea passes tomorrow, but you are right about how he has been as of late. although it really sucks to have to let a friend go, if they are in pain with little chance of getting better it is almost a relief to help them go with as little pain as possible. So we put Flea down today making this probably the worst day of my life. It's gonna be tough coming home for the 1st time in 3 years and not having the bastard around. His goal in life was to fuck with people and he definately accomplished that well before getting sick. In fact even picking up his toys around the house today confused the hell outa us as to how some of them got in the places they were. I'll miss him more than anything in the world.
This is for you little buddy: he would have wanted it this way.. strangely..

I'm sorry about your cat. I know how that feels, as we had to put down one of our cats due to his old age some time ago (he's was practically blind, almost deaf and just laid in the bed all the time). He was a really awesome cat too (purebred Norwegian Forestcat), and he was also the kindest cat anyone could ever ask for. So yeah, I know how it feels to have someone so close to you (even if it is a pet) being taken away from oneself.

RIP Flea. I'm sure he's in Kitty Heaven raising hell.
