I'll change the topic once every 2 or 3 weeks so everyone has pleeenty of time to think about their lists and their reasonings for it. I'd also like to put this as part of the high horse! So, without further ado.. Whats your Top 5....

Oh man, hardest list ever. Being a video game music buff, it's almost impossible to narrow it down to 5, but here goes nothing...

1. Earthbound - Pokey Means Business (Giygas battle first theme)

Oh man...this song sends chills down my spine. Absolute gold.

2. Kirby Super Star - Candy Mountain

Overly happy and generic. I think the song speaks for itself.

3. Quake 2 - Quad Machine

The ultimate "I'll kick your ass until there's only air in your blood vessels" theme. Yes, even more so than E1M1 from Doom.

4. Mega Man 3 - Theme

Yeah...

5. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 - Final Boss

Probably the most aggressive out of any Sonic theme, and I'm loving it.

how aobut just top 5 sound effects specific to a certain game.

number one will be the sound yoshi makes when he sticks his tongue out to eat something. Dukey loves that noise.

5. Super Mario Bros. 3 (Hard to choose just one specific tune but this game has some great themes)

4. Contra Jungle Theme

3. DK Rap (That's Right... I Went There)

2. Sonic Boom!

1. Debriefing (Metal Gear Solid 3 Ending Theme)

I just did one per franchise because i could have filled this list up with songs from the sonic games easily

P.S.- If Rock Band and Guitar Hero games counted i would fill this entire list with beatles songs
